By using ProfCV, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any provision, please stop using the app.
2. 🎯 Purpose of the App
ProfCV is an app for creating, designing, and exporting CVs and cover letters. The app is intended for personal and legitimate professional use only.
3. 💎 Premium Subscription
- Two plans available: Monthly ($4.99/month) and Yearly ($29.99/year)
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account
- To cancel: Google Play → Subscriptions → ProfCV → Cancel
- No refund is issued for the remaining period after cancellation, per Google Play policy
4. 🎁 Gift Codes
- Each code is valid for one-time use only
- Codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- The code's duration is added from the activation date
- We are not responsible for codes purchased from unofficial sources
5. ✅ Permitted Use
You may use the app to:
- Create your personal CV and cover letters
- Export and print your documents for professional purposes
- Use AI features to improve your CV content
6. 🚫 Prohibited Use
- Creating fake CVs or impersonating another person
- Attempting to hack or misuse the app's servers
- Reselling or redistributing the app or its content
- Using the app for any unlawful purpose
7. 🖼️ Intellectual Property
All template designs, icons, and source code are the exclusive property of ProfCV. Content you enter (your personal data) remains yours.
8. ⚠️ Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any employer will accept your CV, and we bear no responsibility for missed job opportunities or decisions based on the app's output or AI suggestions.
9. 🔄 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified within the app of any material changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. ⚖️ Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while respecting the laws of other countries where the app is used.
